For website ticket purchases
Know before you arrive...
You MUST be at the ticket booth before it closes to be scanned in & recieve your paper ticket. Booth closes at 10PM Central/11 PM Eastern each night. If you arrive after the ticket booth is closed, you will not be able to get in and will have to come another night.
Due to spotty service, we HIGHLY recommend you print your QR code or take a screenshot of it, sometimes people have trouble getting their email to come up.
